Went to a very nice wedding today (congrats Amy and Jeremy!), and had this exchange at the reception with a girl at my table, she was mid-20s and wearing a summery dress:

Me: I had a friend who lived in Alabama

Girl: Where was he from?

Me: He lived in Pratville.

Girl: Crackville? (slight pause) I don’t think I’d want to live there.
